When you submit photos of your hotel room to TraffickCam, we collect and store the hotel name, room number, and the photographs that you submitted. In addition, we also collect the GPS coordinate of the device that you used to collect those photographs. We use the GPS coordinate of your device to verify that your photographs were actually taken at the correct hotel.

We do not collect any other personally identifiable information, and only store your device location at the exact moment that you submit your photographs to TraffickCam (we do not store your location at any other time when you use TraffickCam, other than when you click the Submit button).

The photographs you submit to TraffickCam are released under a Creative Commons CC0 license. To the extent possible under law, this means you are waiving your copyright and related or neighboring rights to the images you submit.
